- Customer Responsibilities: You the customer are responsible for making the equipment, along with the appropriate consumable supplies (such as paper, ribbon & Ink), available to Integrated service personnel.
- Billable Work: The cost of this service activity will be calculated in accordance with Integrated’s rates for time and materials service. You agree to pay for all calls on receipt of invoice.
- Parts: Parts will be replaced on an exchange basis only. Integrated reserves the right to use remanufactured or refurbished parts. Such parts will be equivalent to new when installed in the equipment. All exchanged parts will become the property of Integrated.
- Warranty: We make no warranty or representation, either expressed or implied, with respect to hardware/software or related materials, including their quality, performance or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall we be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or of the inability to use the hardware or software.
- Limitations of Liability: Integrated is not responsible for any loss, damage or expense of any kind including loss of use of the equipment and loss of data or software used with it, caused directly or indirectly by the use or performance of the equipment or by any service provided hereunder, except by negligence of Integrated personnel.
