About Us Integrated Computer Sales & Service, Inc. (Integrated)

  • Customer Responsibilities: You the customer are responsible for making the equipment available to Integrated service personnel.
  • Billable Work: The cost of this service activity will be calculated in accordance with Integrated's rates for time and materials service. You agree to pay for all calls on receipt of invoice.
  • Remote Backup Cancellation Policy: For Remote data backup cancellations - we require 1 month notice to cancel. Simply send a written notice to support@icssnj.com requesting your cancellation of service- you will be responsible to pay for one month of service after cancellation is requested.
  • Limitations of Liability: Integrated is not responsible for any loss, damage or expense of any kind including loss of use of the equipment and loss of data or software used with it, caused directly or indirectly by the use or performance of the equipment or by any service provided hereunder, except by negligence of Integrated personnel.
