This will be considered within scope of contract. Any equipment or materials is considered billable. |

- Network files server hardware service including disk drives, memory, and backup devices
- Network operating system including the installation of all patches and updates
- Workstation (PC) client software for communication with network file server
- Workstation Network Interface Card (NIC), Switches, & Routers

This agreement covers labor only. Client is responsible for all product licensing.
Please note: The following items may require additional costs: |

Hardware that is defective, out of warranty or not purchased from Integrated Computer Services |

- Network operating system upgrades to newer versions and additional licenses
- Printer service and consumable items (toner, fuser, etc.)
- Microsoft Exchange Server repair or any escalated problem requiring 3rd party support.
- Microsoft break / fix support fees ($25 /incident) Microsoft installation support rate $250/hr
