After enrollment, we will arrange a meeting for you to connect with our Onboarding team. During this call, we will discuss your company's objectives, and IT infrastructure. Next, we will request detailed information, which may include user details, network diagrams, and existing vendor contracts. We can obtain this information directly from your previous provider, alleviating you of the efforts.


Stage 2: Documentation

We will meticulously document all IT-related aspects of your company, including hardware models, software licenses, network configurations, and user details. Our team will also begin preparing all deliverables and services to ensure they are ready for deployment on the onboarding day.

Onboarding Day

Stage 3: Onboarding Day

This is the day we will start deploying all our software solutions for your business, including our management software, cybersecurity tools, and disaster recovery solutions. Additionally, our team will be onsite to take photos, continue documenting your infrastructure, and address any immediate concerns. Finally, we will ensure your previous vendor is completely offboarded from your systems.

Security Auditing

Stage 4: Security Auditing

Within days of onboarding, our cybersecurity team will start auditing all your systems and providing recommendations to enhance overall security. This process typically involves running an automated security assessment, as well as a manual review of your current solutions and policies.

Client Success Call

Stage 5: Client Success Call

After the onboarding is complete, we will schedule a call to review the process and begin planning for any upcoming projects or changes. This is also an excellent opportunity to provide feedback on our team's performance, helping us establish a strong partnership from the start.
