CEO and Founder
Mike Cardella is CEO and founder of ICS () and a Microsoft Certified Professional. He started his career in 2001 and after demonstrating his ability to develop and manage Small Business networks, he quickly ventured to start ICS in 2002. As a result of his strong work ethic and ability to rapidly learn new technologies, ICS saw immediate and persistent success and growth. Since the company's humble beginning, ICS has grown into a globally recognized Cloud Computing and Managed IT Service Provider, currently supporting over 2500 end users. Today, Mike leads a strong team of 12 skilled IT professionals in providing enterprise grade solutions and services to both small and medium businesses. As a technology expert, he is often utilized by business owners and consultants to provide solutions to complex technology problems and overcome business challenges. His passion is to stay on the forefront of new technology, learn it and deploy it, in order to maximize his, and his clients' workforce productivity. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, biking, sports, and spending time with his family.
Mazzy joined the technical support team at ICS in 2008 and quickly advanced to the role of Lead Technical Engineer. His several years of industry experience in client-focused IT solutions made him a natural fit for his promotion to Vice President in 2013. Prior to his position with ICS, Mazzy served in technical analyst and support positions with the Pfizer Corporation. As Vice President of ICS, Mazzy oversees management and technology solutions, product management, and client relations while spearheading the definition and demonstration of the ICS vision. Mazzy holds a Certificate in Computer Technical Support and Networking from the Chubb Institute of Technology and has over 14 years of Information Technology experience. In his spare time, Mazzy enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He also has a passionate interest in the subjects of Science and World History.
Senior System Admin
Yamian is one of our senior systems administrators and has been with ICS since 2009. He came on shortly after completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and becoming A+ & Network+ certified. While fresh off of the “IT block” at the time he joined our team, his strong initiative and learning ability lead him to rapidly develop into our lead installations engineer. In addition to being COMPTIA certified, Yamian is a Microsoft Certified Professional and has led out in over 40 network installations, varying from small to medium size networks. Outside of work, he is a faithful Christian, a dedicated husband and enjoys delighting the office with his amazing vegan cuisine.
Lead Systems Engineer
John joined ICS in 2012 as a Technical Support Engineer. Combining his technical aptitude to tackle difficult issues with creativity and earning his Microsoft Solutions Certified Associates certification in July 2014, John took on the role of Lead Systems Engineer. His responsibilities include the design, deployment, troubleshooting, and maintenance of intricate networks for both ICS’s external clients and internal systems. John also assists with the advancement of internal processes, procedures and business development. When not at ICS, you will usually find John enjoying the outdoors.
With an accumulated 10 years of IT experience, 8 of which have been for Managed Service Providers, Randy is a well-rounded technician with the flexibility to take on any task. With experience ranging across Windows, Linux, and Mac OSX platforms and his knowledge of network security he has become a major asset to ICS team and quickly rose to become our Operations Manager. Always striving for improvement, he has brought new security based services and keen insight to our company and is always looking for ways to improve our services. As a technology oriented person, he spends his nights and weekends tinkering with electronics and programming. He also enjoys playing video, board, and card games with friends.
Steven joined the ICS team in 2014 and is the Technical Service coordinator. He is the voice of the support line. Steven ensures all your support calls get routed to the right technician for the job. He also ensure all issues are addressed within the agreed upon SLA (service level agreement). Steven is the one to reach out to for all scheduling, hardware/software purchasing, onsite services, or just any general questions or concerns. His education consists of a bachelor degree from Ramapo College of New Jersey and an associate degree in Network Administration from DeVry University. In his spare time Steven enjoys snowboarding, traveling, and enjoying nature.
Helpdesk Support Analyst
No, this is not Jake from State farm! This is Jake from ICS. Jake Blakely is a key ingredient in the ICS recipe. He has been on the team since 2014, and is one of the support team’s power houses when it comes to getting complicated issues resolved. Jake has a bachelors of science in information technology from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. If you are contacted for a critical issue, chances are its Jake is on the other end of the line. Jake's experience and fast problem solving skills make him one of the anchors on the ICS team. Jake grew up with an interest in technology and gaming. This has played a large role in his induction to the IT field. In his spare time you will find Jake enjoying the outdoors and camping.
Helpdesk Support Analyst
Miles has quickly adapted to the responsibilities laid upon him since joining the ICS team in March 2015. His kind demeanor is appreciated by all who work with him and is enhanced by his broad knowledge of end user applications, and network configurations. Like others at ICS, Miles was drawn into the technology field at a young age and has continually kept abreast of tech-related developments. With such a background, we are confident in his abilities to support the expanding business needs of our clients. In the past, Miles has volunteered for his local Volunteer Ambulance Corps as a State licensed EMT, and is currently pursuing industry tech certifications, and learning Mandarin Chinese.
Helpdesk Support Analyst
Humberto has always had a love for technology and it showed as an intern when he joined the ICS team in 2015. He quickly adapted to the ICS work environment and was a natural fit from the start. Currently a full time service tech, Humberto also helps out to make sure that all support requests are done in a sufficient and timely manner. He regularly visits client offices and performs on-site support service calls as well. Humberto graduated Lincoln Technical Institute with a degree in Computer Networking Support. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and also is a big sports fanatic and loves playing them as well.
Senior Technical Support Analyst
The latest addition to our technical team, Mike has been in the MSP industry for 8 years. He started out with his Network Administration degree from Berkeley College, with a focus on managing and troubleshooting computer networks. Mike has always had a deep interest in technology, and is excited to learn and expand his skills wherever possible. His experience ranges from desktop support, to servers and networking, all the way to 3D graphics equipment and software. In his spare time, you can find Mike out on the golf course, spending time with his wife and son, or adding media to his Plex Media Server. Not necessarily in that order…
Helpdesk \ Field Engineer
Jonathan started using computers at a very young age and attended Lincoln Technical Institute to further his knowledge in the field. Initially joining us as an intern, thanks to his hard work and ambitious personality, he was brought on as a full-time technician and has been rapidly learning and growing his skill sets. Using skills from previous jobs, he has adapted his technical and customer service knowledge to the fast paced world of Managed IT Services. Whether onsite or remotely, he is ready to assist wherever needed and does his best to help resolve any issues that arise. He has proven himself in every situation and because of this has become a welcome addition to the ICS Team.

Piero Joined us in August of 2017, he has an extensive background of providing IT support to SMBs and has worked in the MSP industry for the past 5 years.
